Produce less, but better
We work in small batches to avoid overproduction, limit raw material waste, and reduce end-of-chain waste.
Each piece is produced with care, in reasonable quantities.
Local expertise, rooted in the South-West of France
All our models are enhanced in France, specifically in the Basque Country.
Concretely, this means that all customization and finishing steps are carried out locally, less than 45 minutes from our shop and our warehouse:
- the flocking of our t-shirts, sweatshirts and caps is done by hand in our workshop in Guéthary, facing the surf spot;
- our embroideries are made in Hasparren;
- our screen prints are produced in Anglet.
We have chosen to work with workshops close to us, with whom we share a commitment to quality, responsiveness, and expertise.
Why are our bases from Southeast Asia?
The majority of our garments are sourced from Bangladesh, and more rarely from China.
This choice is deliberate: we believe it makes sense to produce as close as possible to the areas where cotton is grown and processed.
The knitting, dyeing, and assembly of garments require industrial textile expertise that some countries have mastered for decades.
Our approach therefore combines:
textile manufacturing carried out in historically specialized regions;
and finishing, customization, and quality control performed locally, here in the Basque Country.
